Where vision gets built
Our passion for real estate has driven us since 1983 to realize unique and impactful projects. This includes commercial football stadiums, logistics warehouses, multi-tenant leisure complexes, retail parks, (healthcare) housing, and integrated area developments. A prime example of this is the Rodaboulevard in Kerkrade. Here, we developed a commercial football stadium, one of Wyckerveste’s concepts. Later, we expanded the boulevard with the LeisureDome, one of the largest multi-tenant leisure complexes in the Netherlands.
Wyckerveste is involved from A to Z – from risk-bearing development to connecting with a suitable end investor. As a result, we think not only as a project and concept developer but also from the perspective of an end investor. With every stone we lay, we strengthen our expertise.
