Louis Loyensstraat 5

Louis Loyensstraat 5 in Maastricht is a national monument that was originally built in 1931 as a Protestant home with recreational rooms and a theater hall. This building, designed by architect Alphons Boosten, is located in the Protestant quarter around Sterreplein.

In 2025, there are plans to replace the existing installations with an all-electric system, contributing to the sustainability of the property. Additionally, Wyckerveste will carry out major maintenance, during which the roof, facades, and paintwork will be expertly refurbished to maintain the monument in optimal condition.
