Envida Care Center

In October 2023, Wyckerveste, in collaboration with Jongen (VolkerWessels), completed a modern care center featuring care apartments.

In 2020, Wyckerveste signed an agreement with the Envida healthcare institution for the development of the care center at this location. The center comprises 36 inpatient care rooms and approximately 20 care apartments. The ‘T(huis)’ is situated between the ’t Vroendel sports hall, the Talent building, the Regional Museum, and the Grueles gardens. This location creates a vibrant environment where living, working, learning, and recreation converge.

The new construction marks the beginning of a partnership between Grueles, Talent, the sports hall, Gronsveld Physiotherapy, and Envida, establishing an integrated care and living environment.
