ArenA Boulevard

In 2001, Wyckerveste was commissioned to manage a project from concept to commissioning, which resulted in the creation of Woonmall Villa ArenA, covering an area of nearly 75,000 m² in Amsterdam. Located in the central area of Amsterdam ArenA Poort, the promenade at the ArenA offers a wide range of amenities. Venues such as AFAS Live, Johan Cruijff ArenA, Ziggo Dome, and Pathé can be found here. Various shops are also located here, including Decathlon, Media Markt, Prénatal, and Perry Sport. Woonmall Villa ArenA distinguished itself through its scale, structure, excellent accessibility, and ample parking facilities, which gave it a unique character at that time.
