Cottbus Blechen Carré

Wyckerveste, Monitor Capital Investments, and BRIX Real Estate have jointly acquired the Blechen Carré shopping center in Cottbus from CBC-Projekt-GmbH. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step in the further optimization of the shopping center and the strengthening of the region.

Blechen Carré covers an area of approximately 20,000 m² and is leased to renowned brands such as Rituals, DM, Qpark, New Yorker, and Intersport. The project partners see plenty of opportunities to further develop the shopping center into a dynamic and vibrant destination. The focus is on attracting a strong mix of well-known brands and innovative concepts to enhance its appeal.

Through strategic investments and a focus on sustainability, Blechen Carré will be made more future-proof. Thanks to the expertise and network of the project partners in the retail sector, the shopping center will be further optimized as a lively commercial and social hub for the region.
