BERNER

In 2020, Wyckerveste successfully completed the new construction for BERNER in Kerkrade. The project, from concept to completion, proceeded smoothly thanks to the excellent cooperation between the province, the municipality, the tenant, and the contractor.

The project includes a logistics warehouse with ADR storage for chemical products, supplemented by accompanying offices. The total area is approximately 25,000 m², with the possibility of an expansion of 10,000 m². The development is completely gas-free and meets the BREEAM Very Good score, as well as energy label A+++.
