Portomaar

Portomaar is the working name for the plot located on Oosterweg, south of the center of Maastricht. Wyckerveste has owned this project location for more than 33 years. The objective is to rezone the location for recreation, in the form of a modern holiday park that meets contemporary needs and requirements, while simultaneously fitting within the green periphery of the urban area. Located just minutes away from the center of Maastricht and bordering the Meuse river, this offers an ideal location for such a development. Wyckerveste is currently working on the further elaboration of the project, with the aim of creating an attractive, sustainable, and well-integrated recreational destination.
