Near the tri-border point where the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany meet, WDP and Wyckerveste are creating an exceptionally efficient logistics hub.
This development offers more than 12,500 square meters of usable floor space for logistics operations. Office, warehouse, and mezzanine: all combined in an efficient environment. The logistics hub features 10 docks, 49 parking spaces, and a ceiling height of 12.2 meters. A combination of an A+++ location, future-oriented new-build warehouses, and a large pool of available workers and talent – with experience in logistics and distribution.
The Frontier – Hub 1 is being built according to WDP’s high standards for warehouse design. Eighty percent of the design is already completed, leaving sufficient room for custom personalization.
Completion is scheduled for late July 2024 and will be developed according to BREEAM*** standards.
