In 2021, Wyckerveste entered into a partnership agreement with WDP Netherlands to develop and lease land intended for logistics. In 2022, Wyckerveste further developed the plans for approximately 15,000 m² of logistics space and offices at this location. Completion was scheduled for the second half of 2023.

In September 2023, we announced the construction of a state-of-the-art and sustainable warehouse on Wenckebachstraat in Kerkrade. The building has a surface area of 16,200 m², including offices and mezzanines, holds a Triple-A status, and was designed by Widdershoven Architecten.

After nearly a year of construction, in collaboration with WDP – Warehouses with brains and Derckx | ontwerp | bouw, we have delivered a new KANS location for WSP Parkstad at Wenckebachstraat 2C in Kerkrade. Unit A has a floor area of 5,597 m².

The fit-out and relocation process has now begun. In August 2024, 200 WSP Parkstad employees can look forward to a pleasant new workplace. At this location, WSP Parkstad will launch a new development program to guide sheltered employment (SW) employees with a distance to the labor market back into the workforce.
