In 2021, Wyckerveste entered into a partnership agreement with WDP Netherlands to develop and lease land intended for logistics. In 2022, Wyckerveste further developed the plans for approximately 15,000 m\u00b2 of logistics space and offices at this location. Completion was scheduled for the second half of 2023. <\/p>

In September 2023, we announced the construction of a state-of-the-art and sustainable warehouse on Wenckebachstraat in Kerkrade. The building has a surface area of 16,200 m\u00b2, including offices and mezzanines, holds a Triple-A status, and was designed by Widdershoven Architecten. <\/p>

After nearly a year of construction, in collaboration with WDP \u2013 Warehouses with brains and Derckx | ontwerp | bouw, we have delivered a new KANS location for WSP Parkstad at Wenckebachstraat 2C in Kerkrade. Unit A has a floor area of 5,597 m\u00b2. <\/p>

The fit-out and relocation process has now begun. In August 2024, 200 WSP Parkstad employees can look forward to a pleasant new workplace. At this location, WSP Parkstad will launch a new development program to guide sheltered employment (SW) employees with a distance to the labor market back into the workforce. <\/p>
