FC Zwolle Stadium

In 2008, Wyckerveste completed the construction of the new PEC Zwolle stadium. The stadium, with a capacity of approximately 14,000 seats, also features a clubhouse of around 4,000 m². Alongside the stadium, Wyckerveste developed approximately 40,000 m² of commercial space, consisting of a mix of retail, leisure, offices, a vocational education center (ROC), and a hotel. This multifunctional development has not only strengthened the sporting heart of the region but also contributed to the further economic and social development of the area. The project combines sports, commercial activities, and amenities at a strategically located site, making it a valuable asset for Zwolle.
