Retailpark A2 Gronsveld

Behind the A2 tunnel in Maastricht, Wyckerveste completed the A2 Retailpark Gronsveld in 2013, with a floor area of 14,325 m². Tenants include Karwei, Nederlands Slaapcentrum, Action, Scapino, Sunny Day, McDonald’s, Fair Play, Jysk, Toychamp, and Aldi.

In 2021, the roofs of Fair Play were equipped with 506 solar panels, and those of Karwei with 1,352 solar panels. These installations provide enough electricity for 163 households. Thanks to 1,858 solar panels, the project has an A++++ energy label. Management is still carried out on behalf of the investors.
